Well, it’s probably about time! Way overdue on my eye test, but knowing my eyes are getting really tired staring at the screen for hours on end, off I went to the optician for a check up. It had to happen. And it did. This is what happened.
I’m not sure I’ll get used to them; I feel sick when I look away from the computer screen – the distortion around the edges of the lenses makes me feel really nauseous, but apparently that’s normal and I’ll get used to it. Glasses wearers, you tell me?
What do you think? Do you like them? Or should I have gone for something that looks a little more nerdy and a little less glam? I thinking yes, definitely more nerdy – perhaps my second pair will sport a big thick black frame? Or something tortoiseshell and fully rimmed? I never realised there were so many options!
And just because I’ve always wanted to look over my specs at someone with that knowing look…..
