...staying as positive as possible by counting whatever blessings we have... blessed to actually have a home that I can "stay home" in - so many who don't have a home, where are they supposed to "stay home"? Blessed that I have a home from which I'm not desperate to escape, with my husband, children and cats around me - I really feel for those that live alone at this time. Blessed to have a garden so I can get out into some fresh air everyday (never have I made such good use of the kids' trampoline!)....
I hope we'll emerge from this isolation period much like a chrysalis into a butterfly - a better, brighter and more beautiful version of ourselves, inside and out...
I'm spending the time decluttering - physical spaces and mental spaces too. I can't recommend it enough; not only does it keep you distracted and occupied, but it's also a great way to rediscover things you had forgotten you had and things you've been looking for for ages, but were hidden away at the back of the cupboard or at the bottom of a very large pile of, well, just stuff!
