LET’S TALK DIARIES | MARCH 31ST

I'm spending the time decluttering - physical spaces and mental spaces too. I can't recommend it enough; not only does it keep you distracted and occupied, but it's also a great way to rediscover things you had forgotten you had and things you've been looking for for ages, but were hidden away at the back of the cupboard or at the bottom of a very large pile of, well, just stuff!

IN THE PINK OF IT… LET’S TALK DAY 3 | MARCH 25TH

You'd think that when we know that food is difficult to find in the shops and that we aren't going out to buy food until it's completely and utterly necessary, that I would be eating smaller portions to make it all last longer. Add to that the fact that we can't go to the gym, you'd think I'd make a conscious effort to eat healthier and more consciously. Major fail.
