So yesterday I announced that I’m super excited to be launching a new 6-week challenge – The Glowup Method – to get yourself feeling fit, fabulous and confident again and I’ve had lots of messages & questions about it. mostly asking what it is and is it for you, so I thought I’d delve in a little more on a proper blog post…

Are you feeling lethargic, unfit, not your “best self” and lacking the motivation to do anything about it?

How are you supposed to feel confident and beautiful in your own skin if you just don’t have the time or knowledge to know what to do to change things up. 😱

I bet you’ve tried joining a gym, hiring a personal trainer, workout DVDs, YouTube videos, and every diet out there… 

And nothing has quite worked for you, right?

How do you find the ⏰ TIME ⏰ to food shop, prep, and train… if you’re a busy mum with a family to care for or have a full time job? Or perhaps even juggling both?

How do you even justify spending money on an expensive gym membership if you barely go? Ugh! The guilt! (I know, I’ve been there)

Why is it so nerve-racking to even try again?

And what about this whole nutrition thing…?!

❓ Or maybe counting calories?
