Skincare: The Daily Dilemma

As a bit of a gym bunny, I’m constantly up against the morning skincare question: do I do my full skincare routine in the morning before I hit the gym, or just a quick, pared down version before and do the full skincare routine after my session? Or do I do the full routine, both before and after?

I can never quite decide and tend to oscillate between the two, (depending on the time I have available), so I’m opening this one up to you guys – what do you do?

    I don’t really see the point in doing the full skincare routine if I’m going to the gym in the morning straight after I’ve rolled out of bed, especially if I’m going to be working up a sweat.

    Instead, I do a pared down version and use a basic Clinque cleanser – I also find if I do do a full skincare routine pre-morning gym session, my skin becomes really sensitive during my workout, which can really distract me!

    I do the full skincare routine after I’ve finished my workout, as it also gives me something to look forward to!
