So you can’t see me physically today, but if you could, you’d be ooh-ing and aah-ing all over me and asking me about my skin. I say this because it’s what’s been going on around me since the morning, and it’s all down to this little packet and what’s inside.
You’ve probably tried and are addicted to the Hydraluron gel-based serum but if you haven’t tried the Moisture Boosting Sheet Mask yet, you’re missing out. Applied like most other sheet masks, this one is soaked in hylauronic acid to really hydrate and plump up tired, dehydrated and moisture-poor skin … aka my skin on holiday! Too much sun, sea and pool life is taking its toll, so I bought this along with me for a halfway boost and boy am I glad I did!
Simple to use, just rip open the packet, open up the sheet mask, lay it over a cleansed, dry face using the pre-cut hols for eye, nose and mouth as your guide, (I used it straight after a shower for even better absorption) and relax for 15 mins while it does all the hard work for you, (and if you’re anything like me, you’re scraping out from the packet and slapping it on over your neck – no wastage here!) Once removed, you massage in the serum left on your face and follow with a moisturiser (I used a night balm) and voila! Just don’t open the door to the take-away delivery boy with this on, like I nearly did….but that’s a whole other story!
And now I can honestly say, I really did just wake up looking like this.
Hydraluron Moisture Boosting Mask (Pack of 4), £19.99, available here
P.S. These are normally priced at £19.99 for 4 but if you’re quick, I just noticed they’re currently on special offer at Boots for £13.33, which works out to £3.33 per mask – bargain!
