The Nails: Midweek Mani at the Bliss Spa

Well, if we’re being really honest here, this is actually the Monday mani. Last Monday, to be precise. That’s right. This is a ten day old mani. Pretty impressive, eh?

I’ve always said it’s not just about the products used (Essie Berry Hard with a top coat of Seche Vite, in case you were wondering). So much of it is down to application. Two carefully applied thin coats make for a lasting manicure every time.

This is my second time having a manicure at the bliss spa in Chelsea and both times, the manicures have lasted above and beyond the call of duty. All the manicurists in the spa are great at what they do, but if you want a bit of what I’ve got going on here, ask for Chanelle – her cuticle work is something to behold and I just love the flattering, elongating shape she has managed to achieve.

With nails this glossy, who needs a gel polish anyway?

P.S. Find the bliss spa at 60 Sloane Avenue, SW3
