So we’re almost at the end of Breast Cancer Awareness month. If you’ve not yet bought anything in support of the cause, and you were meaning to all along, then I’ve got this for you. Those lovely girls over at Nails inc have collaborated with Matthew Williamson and Poppy Delevingne to create specially commissioned Limited Edition caps for the perfect pink glitter that is Pinkie Pink.
Matthew’s features one of his signature prints for the Breast Cancer Campaign while Poppy’s is a poppy; “Poppy by name, Poppy by nature,” as she says! Both feature pink gold colour caps that make them super-special looking and contain the fabulous pink glitter polish that looks so lovely worn either on it’s own or layered over another colour.
I’ve paired it here with Tickled Pink, also from Nails Inc and topped it off with Sally Hansen’s Quick Dry Top Coat, which I tried for the first time as my Seche Vite was wearing a bit too thick and gloomy, and can I say, I’m rather impressed with it!
It’s actually supposed to be worn on the little pinkie finger, in support of the #spotthepinkie campaign. Duh! I got that wrong! But for every £11 bottle sold, Nails inc will donate £1 to the Breast Cancer Campaign fund.
If you’re wearing it, don’t forget to tweet or instagram it using the #spotthepinkie hashtag, and make sure you tag @nailsinc too – for every tweet, Nails inc will donate an additional 10p to the charity.*
And in the fight against cancer, every little helps.
