Style: Grecian Goddess Top and Sandals

The late summer sun (can someone please explain why we call it an Indian Summer?) means that all those gorgeous summer clothes I bought at the beginning of the season can finally get an outing.

Yesterday’s hair post (which you can read here) has thrown up a few requests for an Outfit of the Day post, so here it is! Anything to oblige!

This is what I wore to the ghd air boutique pop-up salon for London’s Vogue Fashion’s Night Out.  Not feeling like dressing up too much, it was a case of “what can I wear with jeans and still look like I made an effort”. (James Jeans, cropped with a kick flare, incase you’re interested.)

This gorgeous flowing white top by Alberta Ferretti hangs perfectly, flatters the neckline and literally adorns the arms to make them look beyond skinny. Grecian Goddess status, here I come.

Admittedly I should have worn heels to balance the proportions but I was running late, and knew I’d literally have to run, so I wore my favourite Sergio Rossi gold sandals to follow through with the Grecian Goddess theme.

And the bag? I’m particularly chuffed about this one.  It’s a Chloe and I’ve never seen another one like it.  I might even do a separate post on this baby, because it’s just that beautiful.
