FOTD – YSL’s Le Teint Touch Eclat Foundation

My favourite foundation of the moment is YSL’s Le Teint Touche Eclat which I wrote about HERE, and I’ve been wearing it over and above all other foundations, so I thought it’s about time I showed you what it looks like on my skin.

The shade I wear is B70 – it’s perfect for that my-skin-but-better look.

Out of all the different foundation brushes I posses, I’ve found the best one for a flawless, airbrushed look is the Buffing Brush from Real Techniques, the range developed by the super-talented Samantha Chapman. ┬áIt’s gives the right amount of coverage without looking like I’m wearing too much make-up and if you really spend the time buffing your skin with the brush, you’ll get that gorgeous airbrushed look.

(Just for reference, I’m wearing one pump of foundation for the whole face and neck in this photo.)

Have you tried this gel-formulation foundation yet? Or any of the Real Technique brushes?

I got a sample of the same shade from Saks yesterday and really like it. It allows my skin to show through without being too made up.

H Anon, that’s so good to hear. I also love the way it just makes it look like my skin, but better. Do you think you’ll be buying the full size version?
