I’m stepping it up, fitness wise! To really make the most of the Maxitone challenge, I’m adding in a few extra elements to my training.
In addition to starting out on the 30 Day Shred (more of that in an upcoming blog post), meet my new best friends. For simplicity’s sake, I’m just naming them Red, Yellow and Blue, but if you can think of better names for them, please let me know!
There’s also a 14kg one, but it was too heavy for me to move it to be able to photograph it! Hopefully, by the time I’m finished on this three month programme, I’ll be swinging it all over the place – kettlebell-wise, of course!
