An invitation to a Prince’s Trust Gala Dinner in aid of the Pakistan Recovery Fund required a dress code of either Black Tie or Traditional.  Now, there’s not much about me that’s traditional, but it’s also not often that I get the chance to get dressed up in glamorous Eastern wear.

So instead of wearing a long black dress, I opted for my version of a beautiful outfit by Pakistani designer Umar Sayeed.

I wore it with a pair of Catherine Malendrino lacy leggings instead of the cropped black silk trousers that it came with, and accessorised with a pair of Christian Louboutin high heels and a gorgeous suede and furry trim YSL handbag.

What do you think?
